MATS106-Mobile Automated Test Stand

Easy to Use

The MATS106 is designed from the ground up to be easy to use. Simply plug in the sensor cart, connect the instrumentation, boot Intelimation®, and go. The script based test design allows the operator to run the test with the press of a button. Scripts can even be written to provide mid-test instructions, with pictures, to avoid new users having to constantly reference the test procedure. When the test is complete, a report is automatically generated with all of the relevant data.

Mobile Design

Some facilities have larger test areas or perform testing in multiple locations throughout. The cart design of the MATS106 makes it ideal to move around your facility and take it to where the testing needs to be completed.

Expand and Customize

By default, the MATS106 provides instrumentation for the following:

(4) thermocouples + ambient
(1) pulse input for speed
(1) High Voltage connection for insulation resistance and dielectric withstand testing,
(1) 3-Phase connection for AC motor winding resistance
(1) Drive control connection for operation of VFD or DC drives*
(2) E-Stop buttons for safety

*Drive not included. Drive control includes (2) digital inputs, (2) digital outputs**, (1) analog input, and (1) analog output. Operation is dependent on drive programming. Contact Hapeman for more information or assistance.

**One of the digital outputs for the drive control is E-Stop dependent and will be disabled when a system E-Stop is present

Data Collection and Monitoring

Do you simply want to monitor a situation without performing any automated testing? The MATS106 can be used as a recording device to monitor an active situation. Simply instrument the device in question and place Intelimation® in monitor mode. The software will continuously record the instrumentation until it is manually stopped or the set time limit expires. The MATS106 can even be configured with an external E-Stop contact that would allow the unit to halt whatever process is being monitored by opening a contact when a danger threshold is reached.
